Common questions
Why does delivery take up to 10 working days?
Production takes 1–3 working days because each item is made for you. Shipping then takes 3–7 working days depending on your country and carrier. That adds up to roughly 4–10 working days total.
My tracking has not updated — what should I do?
Carriers often need up to 24 hours after pickup to scan a parcel. If nothing changes after 2 working days, email us with your order number and we will help.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos if damaged. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
What if I made a typo in my order?
If you have already ordered but your order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will update it. If your order has already shipped, we can send the correct letter(s) in a separate shipment — shipping charges may apply.
Will it really look like the preview?
Yes — we use the same hex colours as on our website. The only difference may come from your screen settings (brightness, colour profile, etc.).
How do I personalise my keychain?
Use our online designer on the homepage to type any name or word, pick your favourite colours and add fun symbols. You get a live preview before you order.
Are they really handmade and unique?
Yes. Every keychain is handmade to order in our studio in Lithuania (EU) and quality-checked before shipping, so the piece you receive is made specifically for you.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — free shipping applies on orders of €30 and over. Full timing and carrier details are on our shipping policy page.
